Reputational and environmental, social & ethical (ESE) risks

As a bank, we recognise that we are exposed to reputational risks which can arise from a range of sources. These include our customers and the countries where they operate, provision of products and transactions as well as operations and infrastructure.

A specialist team is responsible for developing and maintaining our reputational and environmental, social & ethical (ESE) risk framework and assisting the business and support functions on its implementation.
