Reputational and environmental, social & ethical (ESE) risks
As a bank, we recognise that we are exposed to reputational risks which can arise from a range of sources. These can come from our customers and the countries where they operate, from the products we offer and the transactions we support, through to the conduct of the bank or its employees and from our operations.
A specialist team is responsible for developing and maintaining our reputational and ESE risk framework and assisting the business and support functions on its implementation.
