RBS recognised as a leader in sustainable banking

RBS is the only UK Bank to be included in the DJSI World and Europe Indices, and one of only 10 in Europe and 27 globally.

The DJSI World index is an important measure for corporate sustainability and tracks the performance of the world's leading companies against economic, environmental and social criteria.

Kirsty Britz, Director of Sustainable Banking, commented on this result: "This is positive news for the bank, in recognition of our progress towards building a more sustainable bank."
