Over the past few months we've been working behind the scenes to improve the look, feel and usability of rbs.com. What you are looking at now is our new website and we're confident you'll find it easier to navigate, read and find the information you need quickly.

You don't need to do anything. Our web address (rbs.com) is still the same and all the changes needed have been done by our technical team - just continue to use the site as normal.

We have also be updated our RBS Remembers (www.rbsremembers.com) and RBS Heritage Archives (heritagearchives.rbs.com) websites.

If you have any questions, please contact our customer service team and if you have any thoughts on our new site, please let us know.
