"As far as I’m concerned they’re one of the best teams we’ve got."

How long have you worked at the bank?

I’ll be coming up to 10 years this year. The same amount of time as Little Claire [Deputy Branch Manager].

What are your responsibilities around the branch?

Well I run around busy all day! As the branch manager I’ve got my fingers in all of the pies. I’m usually behind the scenes making sure everything is ticking over nicely but I’m also involved in front line procedures such as regulatory procedures for the branch and managing the team members here.
