Claire Blakey is the Deputy Branch Manager of NatWest Huddersfield and was acting Branch Manager during the first episode of the documentary.
How long have you worked at the bank?
It’s actually my 10 year anniversary this year. 25th July 2005. That’s my start date.
Can you tell us a little more about your role and responsibilities?
So I’m Deputy Branch Manager of the NatWest Huddersfield branch. That means I support the management team and help the branch reach the customer service score we need.
