European banks would still need state bail out in new financial crisis: Gallo
Despite efforts to improve European banks’ capital positions, their buffers are still too small, creditor bail-ins too low and emergency resolution mechanisms are still inadequate, says Alberto Gallo, head of European Macro Credit Research at RBS.
