Business in the Community (BITC) have announced their benchmarking results for 2011/2012. The categories Opportunity Now (Gender) and Race for Opportunity (Race) are where we excel.

By retaining our Gold banding for Opportunity Now, and gaining Silver for Race for Opportunity, we have shown the Group's commitment to building a better organisation for employees and customers.
