RBS appoints Mark Webster as Head of FX Sales, EMEA

The Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS) plc is pleased to announce the appointment of Mark Webster as Head of FX Sales for EMEA and Global Head of Financial Institutions FX Sales. He will report to Tim Carrington, Global Head of FX.

Mark joins from Bank of America Merrill Lynch (BAML) where he had been Head of Sales EMEA for their Global Currency Group since 2002. He was also a member of the BAML Global Executive Committee for cross-product electronic trading and risk management.

Commenting on the appointment, Mr Carrington said: "Mark's experience and knowledge of the clients will be instrumental in leading the FX sales force and driving the necessary changes required to deliver increased revenues and volumes".
