David Mills Recruitment launches, backed by NatWest & RBS Invoice Finance

One of the region's most successful recruitment operators, David Mills has launched his latest recruitment company - David Mills Recruitment - backed by NatWest and RBS Invoice Finance.

Ipswich based David Mills Recruitment is a team of highly experienced recruitment professionals providing staff in the transportation, haulage, freight, logistics, industrial, manufacturing and warehousing sectors.

David is very experienced in the local recruitment market and previously built up another recruitment company which he sold - Select Technical Services. He is also a director at Clearfield Recruitment, another Ipswich based agency that provides people to work on the delivery of a number of construction projects and @Work Recruitment who provide staff to the commercial and healthcare sectors. He is joined in this business by Dan Jarrold a fellow shareholder in Clearfield Recruitment. Dan is also the founder and owner of Clarity Included, a marketing consultancy.

The new company is looking to extend their community connection by sponsoring a local Sunday morning football league which will be known as the DMR (Dave Mills Recruitment) League.

Speaking about the new business, David Mills said: "The local employment market in Suffolk, especially in the private sector, seems to be responding well to the recent recession. We feel that the model of providing a bespoke 24/7 service to the warehousing, manufacturing, haulage and logistics sectors locally will be a successful one, and we will utilise our local and sector experience to ensure this happens. We are grateful to NatWest and RBS Invoice Finance for their support and guidance in getting the business up and running."

Henry Audley-Charles, business development manager at RBS Invoice Finance added: "Both Dave and Dan are experienced recruitment operators. We work with them both in their other business interests and therefore know their modes of operation well. They have a clear plan for the business which we are pleased to support as it begins to establish itself as a new business."
