Mansfield dental practice moves to new home

Mansfield based Sherwood Dental Practice has moved to a new home on High Street, Mansfield Woodhouse after securing funds from NatWest to purchase the freehold of these premises.

Previously Dr Soleil Pienaar, the dentist behind the practice was operating from rented property in Grove St, Mansfield Woodhouse. The new home for the practice on the High Street was previously a derelict building but under the guidance of Dr Pienaar, this has been completely refurbished into three dental surgeries, which have been fitted with the most up to date dental equipment available. The surgery welcomes both private and NHS patients.

NatWest have provided a business loan to support the purchase and refurbishment and also introduced their asset finance subsidiary Lombard - to fund the installation of the new equipment.

Commenting on the new premises for the practice, Dr Pienaar said: "I am delighted to see the development of the practice move from dream to reality. These really are fit for purpose premises with three surgeries now up and running, catering for the residents of Mansfield Woodhouse and beyond. We have the ability to grow the practice further, secured by the ownership of these premises."

Funding was arranged via Chris Beardsley, specialist healthcare manager at NatWest business banking. "The investment made by Dr Pienaar is a solid business move. Owning your own property provides more opportunities to shape your business future and becomes an asset on your balance sheet."
