RBS appoints James Pearson head of FX Spot Trading
The Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS) plc is pleased to announce the appointment of James Pearson as Head of FX Spot Trading based in London. He will report to Tim Carrington, global head of FX.

Mr Pearson joins the bank from Nomura where he was Global Head of Spot FX Trading and Emerging Markets FX Trading for the EMEA region since 2008. Prior to that, he spent five years with Lehman Brothers where he was Global Head of G10 FX Spot Trading and Head of EMFX Trading, EMEA.
Commenting on the appointment, Tim Carrington, said: "James has an established industry presence and brings a solid roster of client relationships to the team. In managing our FX spot trading, he will be helping to drive our client-focused business to complement our market-leading risk management capabilities".
