Many of the team at NatWest Hereford know people who have suffered with cancer and see the Race for Life as an ideal, challenging and fun way to support research into finding cures and beating the disease. With this in mind, the branch staff were joined by colleagues from Ross on Wye branch and the 12 strong team ran the five kilometre course at Hereford Race Course in aid of Cancer Research UK.

Rhian Head, Local Chief Executive Officer for NatWest, who took part in the Hereford Race for Life, said: "The Race for Life is so well known and gives us a fun way of remembering those who we have lost their battles with cancer and those who have beaten the disease, whilst raising important funds for the charity. We were delighted to raise £1,000 for Cancer Research UK and want to say a big thank you to our family, friends, colleagues and customers for their generosity and for helping us help this important charity."
