If you wish to make a complaint about the way you were sold an Interest Rate Swap, you can do so simply by contacting the review team using the details below.
It is simple, straightforward and free of charge to make a complaint directly to the bank and we are committed to ensuring a fair and reasonable outcome for customers.
There are claims management companies who may offer to submit your complaint to the bank or the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS).
You do not need to use a claims management company because the process is straightforward. Furthermore, the review will be carried out to guidelines approved by the Prudential Regulation Authority and the Financial Conduct Authority, and supervised by an independent reviewer.
