Monthly Progress Report
This section contains a report (updated monthly) setting out our progress with the complaints and consequential loss claims received by the GRG complaints process, as well as information on the outcomes and offers that have been made to date.
The process is complex and time consuming and while the pace has improved we continue to view the quality of the investigation and decision as our most important priority.
The time taken to complete each complaint varies depending on the complexity of the case but we are now consistently issuing over 25 outcome letters each week and expect to have provided an initial outcome letter to almost all complainants by the end of 2019.
We are sorry that we cannot move faster than this but we believe we have the optimal resources to achieve the right balance between pace and consistency of outcomes.
