Group Audit Committee | RBS

The Group Audit Committee is responsible for assisting the Board in discharging its responsibilities in relation to the disclosure of the financial affairs of RBS.  The committee also reviews accounting and financial reporting and regulatory compliance and RBS's system of internal controls along with monitoring RBS’s processes for internal audit, risk management and external audit.
