Reputational and Environmental, Social & Ethical (ESE) risks

As a bank, we recognise that we are exposed to reputational risks which can arise from a range of sources, from our customers and the countries where they operate; from the products we offer and the transactions we support; through to the conduct of the bank or its employees and from our operations.

A specialist team is responsible for developing and maintaining our reputational and ESE risk framework and assisting the business and functions on its implementation.
