In 2015 we have reported against our four values – serving customers well, doing the right thing, thinking long term and working together. We have also reflected the strategy of the bank by demonstrating how all of the work featured in the report contributes to building a more sustainable bank.

Our approach to managing sustainability focuses on identifying the issues that matter to our stakeholders. This Report provides a review of our activities in 2015 and details our priorities taking us towards 2020.
