Improving gender diversity

Our Focused Women's Network (FWN) supports the development and career advancement of all employees, and anyone can join. Members have opportunities to network internally and externally, get involved in activities that will help them excel and challenge themselves, and access additional personal development. The network now has over 5,000 members across the globe.
