I think it was somebody like 'EcoHomes' but I thought the Bank should know that their sales pitch relies heavily on the RBS participation.

Just had a cold call from a firm claiming that RBS would fund solar panels. My number is listed with TPS and so RBS is now implicated in this breach of OfCom policy.
