Sale of selected RBS and NatWest branches
Update on the sale of RBS England & Wales branches to Santander
Over recent months, we have been working closely with Santander towards a smooth, successful transition. However, Santander have now decided to withdraw from taking on the business.
This means that our customers who were due to move to Santander will now not do so and remain highly valued customers of RBS.
There is no need to do anything – it’s very much business as usual and our staff will continue to provide the same high standards of service that our customers have come to expect.
We will continue to provide updates should anything change in the future.
Staff at our local branches will be pleased to help with any questions or alternatively please call our dedicated branch sale helpline on Call 0800 210 0214 (Minicom 0800 404 6160)
Calls may be recorded.
Opening hours: 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday and 10am to 4pm weekends and Bank Holidays.
