Based in Oslo, our Corporate and Institutional business provides corporate and investment banking products and services.
During the last year we have been part of many key transactions in Norway. RBS acted as sole advisor to China National Bluestar on the USD 2bn acquisition of Elkem and was also sole advisor to UBS-IIF and Caisse de Dépôts et Consignations on the acquisition of a participation in Gassled.
We have acted as Bookrunner on a number of Norwegian syndicated credit facilities including Statoil, Statkraft and Telenor and coordinated bond issuance for Norwegian issuers in all major markets (US, EURO, GBP, CHF, AUD and NOK).
