Nausheen's story
Within a year of joining RBS as a Customer Relationship Manager Nausheen was running her department as a Floor Manager and was looking after the biggest General Banking portfolio in Pakistan. Two years after that, she was the Branch Manager of the second largest RBS branch in Karachi. Nausheen says, "This was the fast career progression I was looking for".
"At RBS, each day brings new challenges and success stories to be celebrated. My role requires me to be extensively involved with both internal and external customer affairs. I generate new opportunities and business for RBS which involves meeting new and interesting people, each varied experience presents me with the opportunity to learn, grow and "Make It Happen".
Whilst 'dynamic' and 'fun' are two words that describe her typical day at work, it is the sense of satisfaction and pride that she feels by being a part of the RBS team that makes any "typical day" into a "special day".
