Global Banking & Markets
We provide financial services to large corporate companies, foundations, financial institutions, associations and the public sector, building lasting relationships and supporting their ambitions both locally and internationally. Locally we provide services within corporate coverage, debt capital markets and financial institutions area, trading and sales.
Global Transaction Services
Our Transaction Services division in Russia offers a comprehensive service to support liquidity management, and introduces effective methods for servicing payments and receivables. We offer a fully automated process for servicing and coordinating large numbers of transactions.
Business Services
Our Business Services division provides a wide range of services and support to the customer-facing operations, as well as managing our property portfolio and taking responsibility for most of our purchasing. We also develop and maintain the infrastructure and technology that support our branches, telephone banking services and money transmission. Other functions within the bank are: Risk and Compliance, Internal Control, Human Resources, Finance, Marketing and Communications, Legal, Security and Fraud.
