The Royal Bank of Scotland Group has a large local network in Indonesia, with 20 offices in ten cities – Jakarta, Bandung, Surabaya, Medan, Solo, Semarang, Denpasar, Manado, Makassar and Balikpapan. It is the oldest bank in the country, having been established in 1826.

We offer a full range of financial services to corporate, small medium enterprises and individual clients through our Global Banking & Markets and Regional Markets businesses.

Global Banking & Markets

Having traded in Indonesia for more than 180 years we have a deep commitment to providing banking services in the territory. We offer corporate and advisory services, transaction banking and integrated financial solutions through innovative banking services.

Global Transaction Services

Global Transaction Services helps clients to optimise the working capital cycle and do business internationally. As one of the world’s top payments businesses, we provide cash and liquidity management, trade and supply chain finance, merchant acquiring and commercial card products and services.

Group Manufacturing

We provide a wide range of services and support to the customer-facing operations, as well as managing our property portfolio and taking responsibility for most of our purchasing. We also develop and maintain the infrastructure and technology that support our branches and cash machines, internet and telephone banking services, mortgage processing and money transmission.

Personal & Corporate Banking

Our teams provide a wide range of financial services to individual and small to medium enterprise (SME) clients, and there are a variety of career paths that you could follow. For example, our Royal Preferred Banking service manages customer investment portfolios and returns. Our Consumer Finance team concentrates on credit cards and personal loans whilst our Commercial Asia business supports SME companies.
