Philip's story
Philip heads up a team looking after around 900 client connections, and is currently focusing on seeking out and generating new opportunities and business for the bank. He continues to be actively involved with new and existing clients from day to day, ensuring their varied requirements are met.

Philip also recognises that when people join Adam, both as clients and staff, they tend to stay for a long time. Such continuity is a real strength and allows the relatively small team to keep focused and work well with one another.
